Lean. Tandoori. Chicken. Yum.
Serves 4 - 6
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
3 T tandoori paste
1 cup thick natural yoghurt
4 chicken breast fillets, cubed
1 T oil
2 brown onions, chopped
1 can chopped tomatoes
steamed basmati rice, to serve
lemon wedges, to serve

Place garlic, ginger, tandoori paste, yoghurt and chicken in a bowl. Stir to combine, cover and refridgerate overnight.
- Heat oil in a large pot, add onions and stir until softened. Add tandoori chicken mixture and heat until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with steamed basmati rice, yoghurt and lemon wedges.
With a view like this, who wouldn't want to cook in my family kitchen!
To finish off, store-bought profiteroles. My goal is to make these one day.
